We currently have a casual Administrative position available in our Taber office.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator position provides an excellent opportunity for progressively responsible administrative office experience. In this administrative role, you will provide a variety of clerical support functions to operations including researching, reconciling, tracking, reviewing, processing and updating information, preparing reports and tables, or processing accounting and financial transactions.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or General Equivalency Diploma
Related administrative experience is considered an asset
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
Proven interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Extensive experience with computer applications including Microsoft Office
